Dr Pradip Khandwalla

Dr Khandwalla (Ex Director-IIM Ahmedabad) has been a consultant to a large number of organizations, including the Aditya Birla Group, Alembic, BHEL, Bharat Petroleum, CMC, Cadila Pharma, DFID, GSFC, Hindustan Lever, L&T. He taught at McGill University, Canada, for several years. He was a professor at the IIM-A from 1975 until his retirement in 2002. He held the L&T Chair in Organizational Behaviour at IIM-A from 1985 to 1991. He was the Director of IIM-A from 1991 to 1996. Dr Khandwalla has authored over a dozen professional books. He is a poet too.

Dr Jahar Saha

Dr Saha was the Director of IIM, Ahmedabad (lIM-A) between 1997 and 2002. In 2005, he retired from IIM-A as Professor and he had been a Visiting Professor abroad. At present, he is closely associated with leading management institutes in India as a member of academic/advisory council, an adviser and as a Visiting Faculty Member. He is a board member of two Indian companies and Chairman of an NGO. He had been a member of the Corporate Boards which include LIC and Bank of America.

Dr Pramod Verma

Dr Verma was Professor at IIM, Ahmedabad till his retirement. In addition, he was a visiting faculty at various leading management institutes in India and abroad. He has also served as a Chair Professor at various reputed institutions. He has consulted numerous MMCs as well as leading Indian corporates. He was the Founder and First President of the National HRD Network, President of ISABS and also Advisor in HRD to the RBI. He has authored several books in the fields of HRM, Industrial Relations, and Labor Economics.

Dr Vidyanand Jha

An FPM from IIM, Ahmedabad, Dr Jha is currently Professor at IIM Calcutta in addition to being a visiting faculty at IIM, Ranchi and IIM, Raipur. He is a consultant to various institutions in the country. He is avant-garde in his thoughts and ideas. He has been actively promoting peace initiatives in the Indian sub-continent. He is a poet and author and has several publications to his credit.

Dr. Kakoli Saha

Dr. Kakoli Saha, Phd (University of Delhi), has 37+ years of professional experience in HR Advisory Services, HR & OD consultancy in profit and nonprofit organization, training corporate executives. She is a Coach. She is a professional member of ISABS, NTL(USA) and International Coaching Federation, USA. She is a panel member of Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection for recruitment and promotion of PSU Bank personnel. She is on the Board of a Microfinance Company.

Dr. Rishikesha Krishnan

Dr. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Professor (IIM Bangalore) Fellow (IIM Ahmedabad), Master of Science (Stanford University, USA), Master of Science (IIT Kanpur) His main areas of interest are strategy and innovation. He was Director, IIM-Indore from Jan 2014-Dec 2018. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Center for the Advanced Study of India, University of Pennsylvania (Fall 2008), and at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad (2011-12). He held the Jamuna Raghavan Chair in Entrepreneurship at IIMB from 2007-10. He was listed among the Thinkers50 India, the most influential thinkers in management from India (2013) and jointly received the special Thinkers50 India Innovation award (2013). Earlier, he received the Dewang Mehta Award for Best Teacher in Strategic Management in 2010. He writes extensively and has more than 140 publications including two books. He has served on a number of committees set up by the Government of India, Nasscom and CII, related to innovation in India, including the juries for the Nasscom and CII Innovation awards.
